Tradgard provides tools that help workers and employers create profiles, post and find jobs, manage applications, and organize workforce records. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.

Employers are responsible for their job postings, hiring decisions, pay practices, workplace requirements, and compliance with applicable employment laws. Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, applications, credentials, and submitted work records.

Users may not post scams, misleading opportunities, unlawful content, malware, harassment, or material that violates another person’s rights. Tradgard may review, restrict, reject, or remove accounts and content that threaten the platform or its users.
