BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP THE WORLD MOVING
Tradgard is a workforce, hiring, and job-management platform built to connect skilled workers with employers and keep both sides working together in one place. From finding the job to managing the work after the hire, Tradgard is designed to make the process simpler, more organized, and more useful for the people actually doing the work.
WHY TRADGARD EXISTS
Skilled workers often have to jump between job boards, texts, emails, spreadsheets, payroll portals, mileage apps, paper timesheets, and company systems just to find work and keep track of it. Employers deal with the same problem from the other side—posting jobs in one place, reviewing applicants somewhere else, onboarding in another system, and then managing time, mileage, expenses, and employee records separately.
Tradgard is being built to bring those pieces together. Once a worker or company joins Tradgard, they should not have to leave the platform to handle the next step.
WHO WE SERVE
Tradgard is designed around industries where real people travel, build, repair, operate, maintain, fabricate, care for patients, and keep critical work moving.
- Welders and fabricators
- Construction and industrial workers
- Traveling tradespeople and contractors
- Traveling medical professionals
- Drivers, fuel, service, and field technicians
- Employers, contractors, staffing companies, and workforce managers
FOR WORKERS
Workers can use Tradgard for free to build a professional profile, create a resume, store certifications and credentials, search jobs by trade, apply for positions, and join an employer after being hired.
After joining a company, workers can use Tradgard to track and submit hours, overtime, double time, mileage, reimbursable expenses, and other work records.
FOR EMPLOYERS
Employers can create a company account, post jobs, review applicants, hire workers, and invite those workers directly into the company’s Tradgard profile.
From there, the Employer Command Center is designed to help manage employee profiles, timesheets, mileage, expenses, pay-rate information, approvals, reports, and ongoing workforce activity.
FROM JOB POSTING TO THE JOBSITE
Tradgard is more than a job board. The platform is being built around the entire work cycle: an employer posts a job, Tradgard reviews the posting, a qualified worker finds and applies for it, the employer reviews the worker’s profile and credentials, the employer hires them, and the worker receives an invite to join the company profile. After that, both sides continue using Tradgard to manage the actual work.
TRUST & SAFETY
Tradgard is being designed with job-posting moderation so employers cannot simply publish anything they want without oversight. Job postings can be reviewed, approved, rejected, or sent back for changes by Tradgard admins or moderators before they become visible to workers.
Workers can also maintain credential records and supporting documents so employers can better confirm that applicants have the certifications required for the work.
OUR APPROACH
We want Tradgard to feel like it belongs to the people it was built for: straightforward, practical, strong, and useful. We are not trying to turn blue-collar work into another complicated corporate software experience.
Made by blue collar. For blue collar.
THE TRADGARD VISION
The long-term vision is for Tradgard to become a single home for skilled and traveling work—where workers can build a career profile that follows them from job to job, employers can find and manage the people they need, and staffing operations can grow without stitching together a dozen different tools.
Tradgard is being built around the belief that the people who build, weld, drive, repair, travel, maintain, and care for others deserve tools designed around how they actually work.
